Auburn · Newcastle · Penryn · Meadow Vista · Colfax

Typical projects

Community FAQ

Questions we hear along the route

Do you work in my town?

If your town is in the Valley, Foothills or High Sierra groups above, yes. If it's not listed, call us — we may still be able to cover it.

How far will you travel for a free, in-person site visit?

Site visits are generally available anywhere between Roseville and Lake Tahoe. Confirm your exact address with us when you book.

Do you handle TRPA and other mountain-specific permitting?

We're familiar with the extra review steps near the Tahoe basin (TRPA, lot coverage, erosion control). Confirm the specifics for your parcel with our office.

Is building at higher elevation really a different process?

Generally yes — snow-load framing, shorter build windows, and extra permitting steps come up more often above the foothills. We account for that in the bid.

Do you offer financing for larger projects?

Financing options may be available through {{FINANCING_PARTNER}}. Ask us when you request your estimate.

How soon can I get a written bid?

After the on-site visit, we turn around a detailed written bid — ask us for the current timeframe when we meet.
